This item is a rare drop from Strong, Heavy and Sturdy Junkboxes, and is a reference to an episode (Trash) of the TV show Firefly, in which an exceedingly rare and valuable anqtique firearm (A Lassiter, as it goes) is the centre of a planned heist. Judging by the value, the Lasitor is the cheap Goblin knock-off.
