Deeprock Salt is a kind of Salt only dropped by mobs. It can be processed into Refined Deeprock Salt using a Salt Shaker.

Deeprock Salt drops off many level 40 - 60 creatures in many different zones. The best drop rates are from Golems in the Badlands and Golems in Searing Gorge. Known to drop from Elemental Slaves (level 32-34) at the Dalaran Crater and from the Rock Elemental in Badlands. (Cataclysm: It is an extremely rare drop (less than 3% chance of dropping) from the War Golem in Searing Gorge.)
