Disturbing the Peace is related to the seasonal event Brewfest. This is a Brewfest achievement but is not one of the six achievements required as part of the meta achievement Fail:Achievement worldevent brewmaster.png [Brewmaster] as of patch 3.3.0. This achievement requires Wrath of the Lich King (to dance in Dalaran), but all the necessary clothes can be bought regardless of expansion.

Brewfest Garb
You'll only need one of the hats, a vest or robe and shoes from the Brewfest Garb set that can be purchased during the festival. The required items cost a total of 350 Brewfest Prize Token.
Some form of alcohol is required; the Synthebrew Goggles cannot be used since the character must be wearing a Brewfest Hat.
Patch changes[]
- WotLK Patch 3.3.0 (patch date::08-Dec-2009): No longer a requirement for the meta-achievement Fail:Money achievement.png Brewmaster.
