The High Test Eternium Fishing Line is a quest reward from the quest N [60] Rare Fish - Dezian Queenfish, which starts at the Neutral Fishbot 5000 in Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale. To complete the quest, you must turn the following item to the Neutral Fishbot 5000:
- 1x Dezian Queenfish
You can also get it from [Bag of Fishing Treasures] from the daily fishing quests given by Marcia Chase in Dalaran.

Dezian Queenfish can only be fished from schools of tastyfish during the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza.
A bug results in it sometimes displaying as "+2 Fishing Skill" when placed on the rod.
