I'lalai was an old city, formerly on the shores of Stranglethorn Vale, that was part of the Gurubashi Empire. It was Min'loth's seat of power where he performed his mysterious rituals.

Since the fall of the Empire, it has become just an underwater ruin, probably in what is now known as Vile Reef.
